Sara Mallett's professional journey in real estate is a narrative of fortuitous events and strategic excellence. Born from a serendipitous encounter on a Florida beach in 2014, her career shift came when she learned that Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty was expanding its team. With a background in business management from Missouri Western State University, Sara transitioned into the real estate sector, swiftly ascending to her current role as the director of operations for the Chris Abbott Group. 

In her pivotal role, Sara excels in managing a broad spectrum of operational duties, from overseeing listings and contracts to steering client relations and spearheading marketing efforts. Her ability to maintain the highest level of service is not only a professional commitment but also a personal creed inspired by the memory of her brother. His loss at a young age has motivated Sara to cherish every moment and extend care to everyone she interacts with, professionally and personally. 

Sara's career is distinguished by her capacity to connect with clients across diverse backgrounds, assisting them in making informed and impactful real estate investments. Her detail-oriented approach ensures that every element of the transaction process is handled with precision and tailored care, attributes that have made her an invaluable asset to her team and clients alike. 

Outside of her professional life, Sara is deeply dedicated to her family — her husband Joel, their young daughter, and their two rescue dogs. Being a mother is a role she cherishes profoundly, considering it the greatest honor of her life. Her personal interests include CrossFit, reading, boating and going to church. These pursuits reflect her holistic approach to life, balancing rigorous physical activities with quiet family time and community involvement.
